Jen & her oldest daughter, Madyson, her inspiration for creating Mindful Mommy.
Prior to becoming a self proclaimed Mindful Mommy, Jennifer was an chubby child, a trouble making teenager, a college party girl, and anxious young woman. It
was only after learning about mindfulness, meditation, positive
psychology and the power of journaling that she was able to find peace
of mind and joy in her role as a mother.
Jennifer was able to heal from years of disordered eating and anxiety she is now committed to supporting other women through their own life journey's. All of us suffer in one way or another, this is human nature, but there are certain mindsets that can allow you to live a life full of joy, excitement and total health.
Membership to Mindful Mommy is by invitation only. If you think that you are ready to make your self-care a priority and to start living the life of your dreams we encourage you to apply. If you register for any of the programs offered in Mommy School you are automatically given a membership to the site.
