exhausting and wonderful all in the same breath. They can light up your life or leave you
feeling so run down that you're not sure you are going to make it through the

things going on in your life but we want you to know that Mindful Mommy was created
to support you to be a WOMAN and MOTHER that you can feel proud of. Mindful Mommy was created so that you can
learn more about what brings the most LIVING to your life.
Our team is here
to support you with your physical, mental, and spiritual health. WE do not have ALL of the answers but each of
us is just like you. We are all mothers
who are doing our best to be happy and healthy so that we can be models to our
children. We ARE NOT perfect but each
day we strive to be our best. We EXPECT
the same of you. DO NOT strive for
perfection, but bring awareness to the aspects of yourself AND your life that
you would like to improve upon.

One basic form of meditation involves becoming aware of the mental chatter in your mind. Sit quietly, eyes closed, and notice each thought as it arises. Remain independent of each thought and don't react. simply let go; allow it to drift out of your consciousness, just as it drifted in. Meditate like this for five to ten minutes each day.
